Yep it's rough....  Only time will tell how well it will conserve.  I think the cabinet is too far gone to be presentable as is...  Fortunately it will be easy to match the finish to that of the Electrifier.
The extra tube socket hole (rectifier) is for an 110 Volt AC version of the chassis.  There was also a version of the chassis built for use with the Eveready Air Cell (2 Volt)....

The RA-3 was the lowest cost version with three stages of tuned RF (TRF).  There was a A-3 & B-3 version that used a superheterodyne circuit.
Should you know of any DELCO branded tubes like this, let me know....  They are 32's and 38's (I think)

I would not care if they are any good.  They only need to look OK.

The rust caused by mouse pee is so bad that I've had to strip the chassis and use Bondo glaze to fill the area in front of the choke in this picture.  But fortunately the underside of the chassis is in fine shape.  It will look pretty good on display.

The greatest unknowns right now are the output transformer that is missing here and confirmation that the loudspeaker is original.
