Restoration of a Radiola M55

A friend in Sweden spotted this very attractive little 1927 radio in an auction listing. I asked him to bid and we won the auction. I was thrilled to receive the radio in August 2013 but upon opening it for examination, I found that the two original audio transformers were missing. In their place was one substitute transformer and the other was replaced by a R-C coupling network.
