Eveready 770 'B' battery. The artwork is made to wrap around a box form. It presumes that the artwork is printed onto stock about 0.02" thick. The paper my local Office Max uses is not that thick, I simply laminate the print onto standard poster board using 3M #77 spray adhesive. That gives you close to the ideal 0.020" thickness.
Cut good straight wood into strips about 3/4" x 3/8" glue into the four vertical corners. Use four strips to form a frame around the bottom of the box. Note that the top connector mounting panel is recessed into the box so that the connector face is flush with the top rim of the box.
YOU MUST BE SURE THE BOX IS ABSOLUTELY SQUARE.
